Another great day at the Town Mill Courtyard Gallery today, meeting lots of lovely people & enjoying the Easter sunshine, we will be open until the 15th April, it would be great to see you there, 'Coastal Fusion'  with fellow Artist Sue Lewin  with her wonderful seascapes & I will be showing a small selection of my new Encaustic Paintings, please join us we would love to see you.

  3. Received a lovely testimonial today - Dawn Brimicombe's encaustic workshop is currently a unique opportunity in the UK to learn about wax as a creative medium in contemporary art practice.  Dawn is very generous, competent and communicative artist.  Thanks to her input and her teaching, I have gained in just one day the confidence and the knowledge to set up my basic encaustic studio.

I wholeheartedly commend this one day full immersion course to any artist curious or interested in working in the alchemical wax medium.

I greatly enjoyed the workshop - I can't wait to continue to explore the infinite possibilities encaustic offers to capture different atmospheres.
